So I am willing to make meditation a habit. This week I meditated, focused on my breath a few times. Then today I thought about a guided meditation, you can find several of it on YouTube. But I couldn’t find the one which suits me. So I appealed to a book I have, but haven’t read in a while. It is The art of meditation by Matthieu Ricard.
I got to page 19th. The topic is why should you meditate? I suggest you read the book if you’re interested in meditation, I won’t tell more about it. The post is a question from the book, “what do I want from life actually?” It is a really serious question. Last year as I wrote in another post, I had three big aims. Now I have to reconsider those, and I would like to make one or two aims for this year.
I think I’d like to be a calmer person. I wouldn’t want to fit others, I’d like to fit me. I think I want peace from life.
