I haven’t told you about the new job yet. Let’s fix this. I started my new job some weeks ago. It is also a shop, but now I am doing the webshop and the marketing. The work would be good, and the colleagues are also nice people. The main causes of the problems with the new job are the bosses. I have never met people like them. They look down on us and think that they are perfect.
It is hard to work with conditions like that. The bosses not only create a bad atmosphere but also hinder productivity. I don’t understand that. I mean, they are the owners. Why would they sabotage their own shop?
Anyway, the colleagues started to quit. First, I wanted to do the same. But you know, I have this urge in me to make things better. So I will stay for a while. We will see if anything changes. I have a bit of optimism left. I am the only one (among the employees).
In the meantime, I am still learning German. I am preparing for a language exam. And I have a new study mate. He also prepares for the B1 language exam.
